Return/Exchange & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours upon the arrival of your package to initiate a return.
How to Initiate a Return:

Requirements to Initiate a Return:
- Clear photos of the item should accompany your message indicating the issue.
- The return request should be made within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- The return request should be accompanied by proof of payment and a receipt.
Requirements for Eligible Return:
- Ensure that the original lace of the wig is intact. Please do not cut off the lace, as we will not accept the wig.
- Ensure that the hair/wig is in its original packaging.
- Ensure that the item is returned within two (2) days in Port Harcourt, four (4) days for other states, and fifteen (15) days for international orders.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following items:
- Customized/custom-made orders.
- Non-Luxury Hairs (refund policy is applicable to Luxury hairs only).
- Wholesale orders.
- Hair products and accessories.
Requirements for an Eligible Refund:
- The returned item must meet our requirements.
- The item must be received in optimal condition without being used or altered.
- We will only refund after receiving the return item, and an inspection is done.
Processing Returns:
- You will be notified after receiving and inspecting your return.
- After the return is approved, you will be contacted, and the refund will be made to your original payment method within 48 hours.
- Endeavor to be patient if you are yet to receive your refund within 48 hours of receiving your refund approval.
Exchanges:
After the refund has been approved, you can make a new purchase immediately by placing an order for your desired item, so that you can receive the item in no time while waiting for your original payment refund.
Cancellations:
We do not accept cancellations of order(s), but you can always reach out to us in extreme situations.
Damages:
If a product is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the shipping of return products, the choice of the shipping company, and the shipping fee.
